No additional royalty is owed to Alin Dimitriu for permitted use in finished productions.
6. Licence restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, share, copy or redistribute the original files.
- Upload the original files to file-sharing platforms.
- Give the product files to another producer, studio client or collaborator.
- Include the files in another preset pack, sample pack, MIDI pack or sound library.
- Sell or distribute lightly modified versions of the original files.
- Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the supplied presets, loops, MIDI files or documents.
- Use the files to create a directly competing downloadable sound library.
- Register raw or minimally modified loops, MIDI files or other supplied material with YouTube Content ID or another automated ownership system.
- Use the files in a way that prevents other licensed customers from lawfully using the same material.
7. Users and devices
A standard purchase provides a licence for one individual user.
You may install or store the purchased files on multiple devices personally owned or controlled by you.
A business, studio or team with multiple producers must obtain a separate licence for each individual user unless written permission states otherwise.
8. Collaborations and client work
You may use the products to create finished music for clients or collaborators.
However, you may not transfer or provide the original downloadable files to clients or collaborators.
Each person who requires direct access to the source files must obtain their own licence.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in the original products, website text, audio demonstrations and visual content remain with Alin Dimitriu or the respective rights holder.
Purchasing a product grants a licence to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Third-party product names and trademarks are used only to describe compatibility.
Unless expressly stated, products sold through this website are not sponsored, endorsed or officially affiliated with the manufacturers of the compatible hardware or software.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy published on this website and by mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Because the products are supplied digitally and made available immediately, purchases generally become non-refundable after access or download, except where:
- The same product was accidentally purchased more than once.
- The supplied files are defective or corrupted.
